Came in at about 5 in the evening and Matt helped me. I upgraded from apple to android and he helped me every step of the way with everything! He did not rush me and explained my new bill to me piece by piece. Him and another lady i can't remember her name i apologize but they stayed behind once everyone else left to help me make sure my information transfered over to my new device and I appreciate them so much! You all were great and I will be back! Honestly everyone in there were friendly and helpful! Thanks everyone! 😊
Came in for a trade in and the guy completely broke my old phone while trying to find out what was wrong completely inconsiderate horrible customer service even besides breaking my phone. Do NOT come here under any circumstance
