One star for customer service and not good communication. I honestly have never had anyone in any Verizon store just hand me the bag with the phone and not take it out with me or offer any assistance with any questions. I took it out myself and then asked. But it felt like I was inconveniencing them.

Avoid this location at all costs. I would have originally called the people that work here "incompetent"--but upon looking into their actions further I actually think that what they are doing is intentional and fraudulent. I went in to get a phone update. They assured me that the monthly price would not change. Not only did the price go up $67 per month, but they added a third phone line on my account that is not mine.
