Kristie stayed WAY late to help me. She was pleasant and kind the entire time, despite my request being incredibly frustrating. She had zero reason to be using her own time to help me, but she did, and I will be a loyal Verizon customer because of it!
Josh did an excellent job and had my Verizon phone back working in minutes. Time is money and I appreciate Josh!
This store is horrible. I waited over 20 minutes for them to say "it's 6:00, we are closed everyone needs to leave." I will not go back to this store, and would not recommend anyone else to go there.
Worst customer service I've ever had!!! Went to pay my bill a the payment machine didn't work properly! 2 people to wait on a dozen clients. I've got better things to do than sit in the verizon lobby all day! I'm really considering changing phone company!!!!!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
