I went in this morning needing help with setting up a new phone. Brina and Star were amazing. I was surprised to be the only customer in the store, but it was early. Star made sure everything was working and answered all my questions before I left. Very pleasant experience.
One star for customer service and not good communication. I honestly have never had anyone in any Verizon store just hand me the bag with the phone and not take it out with me or offer any assistance with any questions. I took it out myself and then asked. But it felt like I was inconveniencing them.
