Back in 2024 Verizon advertised through the nation their promotion of up to $1,000 off a new phone with the trade in of any phone in any condition. As a freshly graduated student from highschool (I was 18 at the time) I opted for this promotion to get a new phone. My iPhone 11 Pro (256gb) was damaged but still fully functional. Why do these people still have jobs? I've been a customer for decades. The other stores have quick and friendly customer service. This place has no concern for customers. Who is the manager, and why does he/she still have a job? More employees than customers and no one being helped. I won't be back.

I visited this Verizon store a few days ago and I was impressed. I was expecting to spend about an hour, and for the process to be somewhat clunky, to get a new phone and have it set up. Ethan had a new phone up and rolling for me within fifteen minutes. He understood what my needs were, was incredibly efficient and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend that people visiting this location ask for him.

They couldn't help...Well, they sent me to Best Buy! They tried to blow out the port to my but, didn't help.. it's been a while but, my phone just had to have time to dry out all by itself!

Kristie stayed WAY late to help me. She was pleasant and kind the entire time, despite my request being incredibly frustrating. She had zero reason to be using her own time to help me, but she did, and I will be a loyal Verizon customer because of it!
