Store is great but been with Verizon 18 + years and they have never offered anything and my brother has been with ATT and T for three years and they sent him a JBL wireless speaker .. that's good service .. Verizon tried to sell me the same speaker for 145 dollars ... So people Verizon don't care for their long term customers just the ones signing up for the first time. Thinking of switching

I purchased a new iphone and received excellent service at this location. All employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Zander Hamilton was especially welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond to explain the features of my phone, make sure all issues were resolved, that my phone was working well, making recommendations, and taking extra steps necessary, saving me money in the process. He made my transaction go smoothly and experience delightful!
