Store is the worst Verizon store I have ever been in. They didn’t try to help me and then when I finally just bought a new phone, they charged me four times for it. They are stealing from older folks and hoping that they don’t figure it out.
DO NOT go to this store. It has absolutely horrible service and they will try to sell things that are way overpriced and not needed at all. It is awful.
Hate the service. Will be switching back to At&t after my contract is up. So many dead zones in Napa.
