The customer service in this location (and apparently the rest of Verizon) is nonexistent. They basically talk in circles or tell you to call some other dept of theirs, avoiding the facts of the issue you came to them with. They will set up an account incorrectly, bill you incorrectly, charge you late fees when you haven’t even had service for 30 days, and nobody seems to have any answers or be able to solve even one of the issues.
I brought my phone in, my verizon signal was not working. The manager Dennis? tried to raise the signal by changing the sim but it didn't work. Now no wifi and text. I went back in and he played verbal tag with me instead of trying to fix it. I was annoyed and offended. His curtness has led me to possibly leave verizon after 20+ years. If I could give zero stars I would.
I visited last week and was helped by a young lady who was great. Today’s visit, with an appointment, was so disappointing. The first tech didn’t know anything about iPhones, as he has an Android. After mucking around, I was handed off to someone who could help with one of my three issues with a brand new phone. I returned home to continue working on my own.
