I experienced absolutely appalling customer service at this Napa Verizon location today. My phone was incorrectly shut off by Verizon, despite the fact that I had set up a formal payment arrangement and paid it early which apparently caused a glitch in the system (according to the customer service agent I later got ahold of via phone).
