Worst service you can get for your buck
Great service from Vega! I visited the Verizon store to set up home internet and had a great experience with Vega. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to walk me through all the options. I had a lot of questions and wanted to compare everything, and he explained the pros and cons clearly without rushing me. The employee should get an OSCAR for being a perfect employee. I went in for a transfer to a new phone from my old phone. S22 to an S25. I took advantage of the promotion and now I have NO monthly payments on my new S25. WOW!!! The representative was absolutely knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done. Impressed. Yes!!!
I was so impressed with Chris and Diago. Their customer service is phenomenal. If I could give them a higher rating, I would.
The customer service in this location (and apparently the rest of Verizon) is nonexistent. They basically talk in circles or tell you to call some other dept of theirs, avoiding the facts of the issue you came to them with. They will set up an account incorrectly, bill you incorrectly, charge you late fees when you haven’t even had service for 30 days, and nobody seems to have any answers or be able to solve even one of the issues.
