Keith has been the most helpful service person I have ever met. I was having problems with a phone shipping to my apartment, and have been in and out of this Verizon store for a month now trying to sort it out. Keith went above and beyond assuring my satisfaction, contacting me throughout the week and continuously checking my progress. Verizon Contacted Me In December 2023 And Offered Me A New iPhone 13 with Unlimited Access, Disney+/Hulu/ESPN Bundle For $75+ Per Month. They Scheduled Me For An Appointment With the Merritt Island Verizon Store and With The 18-22 year old Manager, & a Customer Service Representative (Who Was At Least 6’ tall With A Long Beard, about 250+ lbs approximately 35-45 Years Old), Told Me That Deal Was NOT POSSIBLE! Been a Verizon customer for many, many years. Went into the store to get a new phone having broken my other one. The two guys I dealt with were totally disinterested in me as a customer. Hardly said a word to me, didn't know the products they were selling, had no interest in showing me different options i.e. Samsung, Google, iPhone. I really felt like I was an inconvenience to them.
