Lies Lies Lies. About military discounts, about trade-ins, about warranty, internet, per line plus home internet prices, you name it!! Final monthly bill was supposed to be one number and turned out to be almost twice as much! No trade-ins or military applied. Was told that a Assurion protection plan would provide a BRAND NEW DEVICE, but when I filed a claim for a lost/stolen, I was charged almost $300.00 and sent a USED PHONE, scratches, dents, fingerprints and all.....
