The only reason they are not getting 5 is because of the Verizon company service. The guy who attempted to help me today was fantastic. He was very empathetic and open, honest, and humble the entire experience. However, nothing could help with our situation because Verizon has stupid complicated systems. I appreciate the staff here trying their best and hopefully we get somewhere soon.
Such an amazing experience at the Mechanicsville location. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by an associate. I had the pleasure of working with Chucky who fully explained what my options were and most importantly explained what I could expect in terms of my bill each month. They had several options for the phone I was looking for which was nice. Such a seamless process. This location will absolutely get my business moving forward.
