Brandon Hendrick, combined my mobile fios and home fios accounts. I have been trying to get this done for awhile. He has a great personality. He is an excellent technician and a great salesman. Verizon need more with addtude and knowledge.
Worst Verizon experience I’ve ever had. My mom and I went into this location today to talk about getting a replacement under her phones warranty. She joined Verizon on April 1, 2024 and therefore had not had the phone for two full years. Prior to this, we had done a lot of diagnostic testing and gone to Apple to try to fix the technical issues she was having with the phone.
