Deandre’s conduct during our interaction was highly unprofessional. When I contacted my brother to help clarify the changes being made to our account, Deandre became defensive, rolled his eyes, and sighed audibly. Chris was great and helped me get a new iPhone 16 setup from a old iPhone 13 that didnt even have working wifi and took a couple tries to figure out how to deactivate. I saw another employee helping an elderly gentlemen around who was clearly blind. Blew Victra at Laburnum out of the water in comparison. Far more inventory selection than Laburnum Victra. Friendly staff. Clean store. No wait time. I only went in to drop off a few old phones for trade-in, after ordering new phones online. The staff there was friendly, greeted me right away, and helped me charge one of the phones when it wouldn't turn on. The transaction was quick and I received full value for each of the phones with immediate confirmation. I'd highly recommend using this store, at least for trade-ins.
