This location neglects online orders I ordered a replacement phone online a day before needing it at check out it states this can take up to 2 hours for pick up I confirmed the phone was in stock but it’s still been over 30 hours without any notification on my order at all. I didn’t need set up just the phone.
Don’t speak when you walk in. No desire to help either! Agents will be free and won’t walk up to you until you say something to them.
Went in to upgrade two phones. The employee who helped us recommended having 4 phone lines, stating it would save us money. We were told we would not be paying anything for those two additional lines. Once I got home I looked at my next estimated bill and realized we would be paying $46 for lines that we don’t even have phones on!
