They were super busy but they were super helpful and were multitasking to get everyone checked in. The customer service was great and they helped us with a very stressful phone transfer :) Deshaun was awesome and very good at his job and so were the other employees

I had the best experience here with Aaron he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me choose a plan that was best for me without pressuring me into things I didn’t want. He broke everything down in a way for me to understand and patiently answered all my questions. When there was an issue with my calls later that month (not related to anything he did) Aaron and Alex worked with me until they were able to fix my phone. I bought a prepaid phone for my daughter then called 611 to set it up l, the first guy was more interested in leaving early then getting my phone going for me to the point he charged me for service then never gave me a receipt or email with account number or telephone number so I could give it to the technical support lady that he transferred me too. Long wait times, complicated double talk, high prices low service. Rude agent today, I'm done with the Smokey Point store and will dump Verizon as soon as others can provide coverage. Att was half the price with the new phones. Verizon is arrogant now I'm a lifelong customer having a land line with them back in the 80s .

I called customer service and they advised me to go into a store to resolve my issue. I then go into the store and they advised me to call customer service to fix my issue. I’ve wasted hours of my time and every time I’ve come into the store I’m always having to wait and I have always seen people that are wanting to buy something allowed to go ahead of me which is not right. Horrible way to treat someone who’s been a Verizon customer for 11 years. Maybe it’s time to start searching for another company.
