Let reviews of this branch speak for themselves. If I was corporate I would replace managment here. I asked a question to an employee who responded by laughing at me then asking what I meant. I had apoke to customer service and was advised to return an item to this specific branch. The employee asked the manager (who was so busy playing on her laptop) for assistance and all she could say was "you do your part and we can do ours". Absolutely awful customer service and people skills. Will never return to this branch. Why would... read more

Verizon now requires a 12 month contract on all phones purchased from them, even if you fully pay for the phone upfront. The phone will be locked to Verizon until you pay for 12 months of service. There are providers in the area that cost $30 for unlimited everything and no contract

Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.
