Aaron is simply super and fixed what a samsung authorized repair shop called a dead phone for my distraught wife. He was kind methodical patient and very professional. Its rare to find such a good person. We were both amazed that he could get the phone to work...and still amazed how he did it, Thanks again from Tony and Natasha. Bravo!
Not impressed with my experience today. I simply wanted to understand what my options were, but the employee helping me seemed to have much better things to do. She repeatedly cut me off, wasn’t willing to answer my questions, and then went back and talked negatively about the interaction with her coworker. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for many years, but an experience like this definitely makes me feel like it may be time to explore other options.
