The manager here is so helpful and kind. I came here because I needed help with an issue that I was not able to solve over the phone with customer care. The time spent in listening to me and actually caring is something I don’t experience anymore in customer support. He made sure I didn’t leave the store without helping me even more than I expected. Friendly store, amazing Manager.
Been a verizon customer for a few years now, gotta say this location has some of the most helpful & kind associates! Jolene helped me get my girlfriend a new phone in absolutely record time, and explained everything very clearly & concisely.
