Sat in this store 1 hour, 2 people being helped. I have never seen people move so slow. And also repeat We don't make a commission over and over. The 5 of us waiting just stood there. One woman taking names at door then just sits looking at her phone.
update 2/05: I got a call from a person who manages quality control, I might have left this review about the wrong location. She is asking questions to improve issues we've had. I switched to mint for my personal line which works better. Super appreciate how people look into issues and try to resolve them. I was probably overly emo when writing this originally. My husband's office internet in smokey point works fine and the phone he financed with verizon is newer and has fewer issues on the network than I do with my 12 pro m... read more
