I was having trouble with my Verizon account, and the person who helped me was extremely nice and helped me solve the problem. I went to another location and the contrast was striking. If I ever have issues again, I'll be going here for sure.
Malcolm went the extra mile and stayed until after the store closed to help with an issue a different location made. Very friendly and helpful team.
