The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The sales woman that helped me to switch my phone plan and keep my number on my new phone went above and beyond what I expected and she did an excellent job! One of the best retail experiences I’ve had and they all were so professional and I really appreciate their help.

TERRIBLE customer service. Verizon customer 20+ years and the mgr Raff treated me so terrible when I was sent there by the Verizon customer service phone representative. He belittled me and what I was told he said too bad. He used very loud voice yelling at me that I was the only one to have an issue and the Verizon rep on phone knows nothing. Absolutely avoid this location at all costs.

BUSINESS FRAUD / SCAMMERS / WEAK SALES STAFF SELL ON LIES, and bait and switch started my business account at Causeway Home Watch at $79 which included 2 phones. They made up a number to suffice the payment until I added a real line. Now $128/month Manager was suppose to call me and discuss received NO communication and there isn't anyone in store who can figure this out? We had an issue with our phone and Tommy spent time trying to resolve our issue. Actually, the issue was with our email provider, but Tommy was very patient in trying to help us. He was very pleasant, informative and was able to provide a phone number for us to pursue Our problem. It was a pleasure dealing with somebody who would spend time trying to help you.
