I hate this store. They swapped my deal around on my phone and now I am stuck with 2 phones and only need 1.
My wife's phone got a weird virus or something and she was freaking out. We went to The Verizon Store. She had to wait about thirty minutes or so minutes to be helped, but Verizon Stores are always busy. Once my wife was seen, the representative was super knowledgeable, super helpful, and my wife's phone was fixed. If my wife's phone doesn't work, she freaks out. Worthless store, messed up two transactions within three days. Had to spend an hour on the phone to clean up their mess with the main Verizon line representatives.
I received great service today from a Verizon staff member named, Nick. I tried ALL day on a Sunday to pay my bill. Online. No luck. That sounds easy enough but it wasn't. I walked in frustrated and was glad to see a smile and hear him ask..."how can I help you"? I immediately felt relieved and he DID figure out my Sunday troubles and helped me pay my bill. Success!
