Gives the best service for 30 days after purchasing the phone so you cant get a new one. After the 30 days is up.. youre stuck on a contract for however many years you're on to keep your phone. Were also paying way too much for a plan and cant return or switch the contract to a different carrier until we get the phone paid off. People get access to your location as well and you also sign yourself up to be watched by third parties if you know what I mean. Its bullshit.

Incredible customer service experience at Verizon Wireless! Brad Stinson went Above & Beyond to help me with my phone not working. Even going so far as staying an hour past closing to ensure that my phone was set up properly before I left. Highly recommend!

Went in with my buddy.. six employees were too concerned with what was on their personal phones and tablets than assisting customers, of which we were the only ones. When they finally , begrudgingly acknowledged us they simply told us to call customer service. My friend called the number and sat at the counter with customer service for over an hour, during which time the employees continued to be even louder knowing the call was ongoing.
