Went in with my buddy.. six employees were too concerned with what was on their personal phones and tablets than assisting customers, of which we were the only ones. When they finally , begrudgingly acknowledged us they simply told us to call customer service. My friend called the number and sat at the counter with customer service for over an hour, during which time the employees continued to be even louder knowing the call was ongoing. Very friendly and easy to deal with
Had an appointment, but it didn't help. Due for an upgrade but couldn't get one. Employee "helping" us seemed to hate his job and had no advice to offer on which phone to upgrade to.
What a joke! Husband has had issues with phone since updates. Was told was not their problem, couldn't help him, to contact Samsung. Well even if it wasn't your problem, giving him a contact number and trying to help him would have been more acceptable then, boldly turning him away with no help what so ever. And by the way you SOLD that Samsung phone to us, so you should service it or at least try to help!! Sorry state, customer service has gone to!
Verizon employees seem like they don't really want to help you with anything if you're not buying a new phone or getting a new plan or updating an old one. Any questions you have they always tell you to call the 800 number cause they are not able to do anything for you.
