I bought an unlocked phone for my prepaid Verizon account and had a nightmare of a time trying to transfer everything over. I tried the chatbot. I tried the automated AI phone system - which would never let me speak to a human. It basically said something like, "Sorry. I can't help you," and hung up on me! Worst place on planet earth. Genuinely a useless storefront. Nothing but crooks under the name Verizon inside. Take your business elsewhere or buy from Amazon

I came in the store around 730 on a Friday knowing that the store closed in less than a half hour. Leah (hopefully spelled your name correctly) helped me get the product I was searching for and even set on the phone after hours to help me. She was very knowledgeable as far as products and what she was selling. Great attitude even when the situation at hand was even a little irritating to me. I would definitely recommend this store and the associates that work here! Great job guys

Absolute bare minimum help. Definitely would not recommend this location. Rude, short and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Every question was met with resistance. Uncomfortable. No wait or anything (barely any other customers there) but save yourself frustration and go somewhere else.
