Walked in to upgrade two phones and add a line. I understand they were waiting on customers already there. But I was in there a good five minutes ago. No one greeted me, no one said “can I help you”, no one said, “We will be with you as soon as we can. I had questions about the upgrades and the new bill. I usually go through Verizon online, but needed to deal with actual humans. Well, I guess I’ll do online again or switch carriers.
