They charged me for a prepaid line they didn’t activate. I have been back and forth 3 times for hours and they don’t even know how to give me my money back or do a refund. Horrible customer service and management.
Long time Verizon user and I can't rave about Paloma more! Best worker ever! She helped me with a difficult situation and figuring out my plan and giving me all my options. All the other workers were helpful and friendly as well. Great Verizon store!
