Great staff-well trained. Jasmine was excellent with tech knowledge and pricing and Dan the manager was tremendous as well. I have no hesitation when I have a question to walk into that store that it will not be answered.

Its amazing that an expensive network provider like Verizon doesn't care about customer satisfaction. We walked into the store at 8.05 but the guy said he can't get to us as its almost closing time, without even asking how he could help us. He did the same thing to two other people waiting.
After a challenging experience trying to migrate my family's phone lines from prepaid to postpaid, which couldn't be resolved online or over the phone, I visited this Verizon store. Jesse was an incredibly helpful, calm, and patient representative during my multiple visits. He diligently worked to solve all my problems, turning my initial frustration into complete satisfaction. The entire staff, including the managers, were also very nice and cool. I highly recommend this store, especially Jesse, for exceptional support.
