Do not visit this location unless you have 2-3 hours to invest. This is not an exaggeration. With the traffic this location experiences, they are greatly under staffed. The frustrating part is the number of staff you see standing in the back chatting when the door is opened. The "waiting list" means nothing and when questioning it, you get attitude from the short guy walking around playing with his notepad, telling you "15 minutes". Excellent service. There is a Russian-speaking employee named Janelle who helps with everything and explains all the details clearly. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

Fabian, who is the store manager, is incapable of adding people to a waitlist. Pushes people to the Verizon app instead. Waited 45 minutes after getting text saying I was added to waitlist only to be told I’m not on list by Fabian.I showed him the text. Useless as a manager. Go to another store.
