I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible Zhany! She is truly the best professional I have ever interacted with at Verizon. Zhany came to my rescue when I couldn’t transfer my data from my old phone to my new one. She stayed with me even after her working hours ended and made sure everything was completed successfully. Thank you so much, Zhany! Verizon is very lucky to have such an employee — people like her are truly priceless!

Juan is a store manager, and problem solver. He was very patient and took 2 hours solving my complicated case. He was diligently communicating with technical support team, and came up with the best solution for me. He is very knowledgeable, patient and willing to provide great services. Robert was very helpful too.

I definitely need to write this google review!! Excellent service. They helped to solve my problem with out a doubt. It took almost an hour because I am having a complicated situation but the worker Kha is so nice and help me all the time. Glad the problem is fixed! Thx.

Great staff-well trained. Jasmine was excellent with tech knowledge and pricing and Dan the manager was tremendous as well. I have no hesitation when I have a question to walk into that store that it will not be answered.
