Very disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Irvine. I went in as a new customer to transfer my number from Mint Mobile, and what should have been simple took almost two hours. They charged me twice and created two separate accounts. Several employees were walking around while customers were waiting, and no one offered help. I had a very disappointing experience today at the Verizon store in Irvine. I went in as a new customer to transfer my number from Mint Mobile to Verizon. Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely unprofessional. The agent, Divan, was not friendly or welcoming. There was no sense of urgency or customer care in the store. Will file complaint with Verizon directly however possible. Gentleman who checked on us would not honor offers that I showed Verizon had attached to the line in my "My Verizon" app. The employee brushed us off repeatedly saying he can't see the offers, won't honor them, he wouldn't even look at them because "they're retail and offer base retail offers only".
