am filing a formal complaint regarding the conduct of a store manager named Zhanel. I visited your location with the clear intention of switching from AT&T and becoming a business customer. During the interaction, Zhanel displayed grossly unprofessional and abusive behavior. After I asked a legitimate service-related question, she became hostile, made personal attacks, and publicly insulted me in front of other customers. Do not visit this location unless you have 2-3 hours to invest. This is not an exaggeration. With the traffic this location experiences, they are greatly under staffed. The frustrating part is the number of staff you see standing in the back chatting when the door is opened. The "waiting list" means nothing and when questioning it, you get attitude from the short guy walking around playing with his notepad, telling you "15 minutes".
