I went to Verizon on January 8th to have my old phone switched to my new phone. I was helped by Tim who was AMAZING! Great customer service and very professional. I had to return on January 9th to get help resolving an issue. I'm not sure the name of the woman who helped me but was probably the WORST customer service I have ever received anywhere. Jae was the absolute best!!! Never gave up, managed to get us a deal and more than we expected. Go for her. She was amazing
They are very helpful and patient
Some one in charge needs to get this store some help painfuly slow over 30min wait and 4 people working with customers and no progress people constantly leave because of waiting appointment or not on multiple visits and the same outcome trying to be patient and understanding but there are only so much you can do with this mess this is a real business and not doing good for the people that support it.
