Kylie Langston (2104 S. McKenzie) deserves to be named “Employee of the Year” Her knowledge and customer service skills are impeccable! She assisted me with a Home Internet service after my 1st attempt to receive the same device was not a good experience. All the ladies at the store were very patient and courteous! Great job Verizon!
