Always seems to find reasons why they don't have time for the customer. I've been trying to buy a phone and new line for a month now and still haven't made it happen, my advice to anyone would be use a different store
Extremely rude
I went in there three times I drove from Gulf Shores to go there to get my screen fixed that I had the protective screen on the outside and it had cracked. I just needed a new screen protector went in there, not acknowledged by anybody in the three times that I walked in there no one said one word to me, sat there for over 20 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence and help me with my lousy little screen protector to be replaced.
