Solid staff and nice location. I had an issue with my phone having a failing display and despite the limited options they had given my specific situation they still did everything they could to help me out and offered several avenues to proceed with in getting it back in working order!
Verizon, in general 0 Left them after 11 years for AT&T. However, Felix and Jessenia are absolutely amazing. Even if you have left Verizon. I have spoken to numerous customer service agents in person and over the phone and they were the only two who took the time to figure out and fix the issue. THANK YOU!
Lovely place
Caroline the manager was very attentive, the store was incredibly busy and she was greeting and checking in guests all the while helping us fix a major issue on our account. Caroline and her team are awesome.
