Brought new z fold 7 in for new Sim card. Girl used her car key to take it out and scraped over it with long fingernails. Said I didn't need a sim card, and would not sell me one. She was very rude and acted like I was stupid. Ordered new Sim card on line. What a bunch of BS. I will never go back there again. By the way, I was the only customer in store. Hopefully she didn't mess up my Sim card slot!

Autumn was very helpful and recommend her for any upgrades or issues that you might have. She was great!
upgraded a phone, added a phone line & brought a phone from a different service over and Bryce helped with everything perfectly! i had so many questions and didn’t know how anything worked and he explained everything thoroughly and answered every question i had!! nicest person and great at customer service. i definitely recommend asking for bryce if you’re having to go into verizon!!!!
