Jaquan was amazing!! Originally we had just gone in to replace our wifi extender and pickup our order. Jaquan was able to help us keep our phone for free and get the new one! He provided info on how to get a new wifi extender and overall was super helpful. 10/10 give him a raise!! he’s amazing!

I have horrible Internet service. All it does is circles and I can’t get anyone to talk to me.
First,I want to say that the customer rep (Yadi)0 that helped me at this store was patient, friendly, and very helpful! I changed my cell phone provider and was having a very difficult time getting printed copies of my final billings. After several phone calls and visit to my local Verizon store, I went to this store in Fort Wayne. The background noise at this store made it very difficult to hear my conversation at my desk. I am still waiting on the printed copies the I was promised.
