Well, Robert did a great job. I bought a replacement phone for my son. They had one in stock. I read the terms and agreements and exited the atore with the phone. My son forgot his password and attw.pts to recover swnt messages to his destroyed one. After a few hours at home, I drove back. Robert was there, finally solved it with a replacement SIM card. Thanks! The store was neat a d well stocked. The personnel were courteous. The actual checkout time the first visits was incredibly fast.

I was treated very rudely and another customer in the store at the same time waited outside the store to be sure I was safe and told me how rude they were to me! I went in the store w intention of activating and transferring info from one phone to a new one. I had been on the phone the prior day w Verizon customer service and he told me he could not help anymore and that I would not have to pay because there was a prob w the new phone. Went to this location to asked if I could do any upgrades for free and stated, “if not I don’t want anything I don’t want to pay a bunch of money for a new phone, I’ll just keep this one.” Was told if we added a line I could get a new iPhone pro. He showed me papers that had it on there showing the discount for the free phone. There were three sets of papers. My husband signed the screen.
