Dakota and Lava were so amazing helping me set up a new phone plan. At&T charged me so much after coming home from deployment and and verizon in Fort Oglethorpe made the switch so painless and easy! super grateful to them!
Horrible experience - not willing to help one bit - do not visit
Poor store policies made it unnecessarily difficult to pick up a phone I had already purchased, even though I had the order receipt. The process was frustrating and overcomplicated for no good reason. The lady that helped me though was very kind and helpful.
Had to get a new phone. In and out in minutes. Helpful staff.
Told the girl precisely what I wanted done, was told to wait an hour. An hour goes by and it's our turn, and I get told they can't do that in store. -_- if you're looking for knowledge, it isn't here.
