The Fort Oglethorpe, GA Store added an additional line of service (4th line) that was supposed to be free (including the phone) and I have been being charged now for 8 months. I’ve been told numerous times it would be fixed and I’d be refunded but nothing has been done. Also (even worse) they added a 5th line and charged me for that line and phone that was never asked for and also have never refunded my money.
