The service representative Kurt did a wonderful job explaining exactly how to contact Verizon and what information to provide so we could solve an issue with phone activation. He suggested upgrading as well as altering our plan without being pushy!
Went into the store to upgrade my phone's. Sat there for 20 minutes while one CSR helped a customer. I was behind three other people who have not been helped or acknowledged in any way. They must be understaffed. The normal location I go to in Tullahoma has six to eight different csrs helping people. And if they aren't they are taking their name down. Literally go to any other store
