I went to the Verizon store today to switch from cricket wireless. One of the team members there named Aubrey did an excellent job with helping me switch to Verizon and the service was incredible. She made it simple to switch carriers.

Frustrated with Verizon. Was told to come on Black Friday for great deal, so we did. Spoke with Aubrey, which was wonderful. She talked my wife and I through many things and how we could better our phone plans and actually save money. Long story short, we now have two separate accounts, business and consumer, and paying almost twice as much as before. Customer Sercice was terrible. Wish I had her name but I didn't see a name tag or ask bc she was so rude. Never smiled, never had any intention of helping me. She was on the shorter side with long straight black hair. This store has went down hill. They want to sale or cost you money instead of helping you lower or resolve. She stood there and argued with me that I was not on the 55+ plan while I had the guy on the phone from the # She gave me stating clearly that I was in fact on the plan.

My husband and I went to inquire about transferring our service from another provider to Verizon and look at new phones. We were assisted by Aubrey. First of all, she has an outstanding personality. She was so helpful in assisting us with some problems we had transferring from the other company. She was very attentive to our questions and always made sure we got our questions answered. Aubrey is definitely an asset to this location. I hope she gets a bonus or a raise for her dedication to top notch customer service!
