I never write reviews but Steve provided such wonderful service to me and my wife and he deserves the credit. He was fair the entire time and provided service that benefited us and was completely honest throughout the process. Incredible!
Did not have a pleasant visit. The manager at the time I was there was very rude. I recommend going to a different store for any Verizon purchase.
Not too impressed with the staff inside. Just to pay a bill - they ignore me. Guess I'm not buying a new phone?
We stopped by to see about getting plans with Verizon and I met with a girl that was training first and she was really sweet and helpful and got us started and then had a younger guy come over and finish our quote. The first one was more than we were willing to spend , but he really started working things around and got us to a price point we were happy with!
