Went into the store to upgrade my phone's. Sat there for 20 minutes while one CSR helped a customer. I was behind three other people who have not been helped or acknowledged in any way. They must be understaffed. The normal location I go to in Tullahoma has six to eight different csrs helping people. And if they aren't they are taking their name down. Literally go to any other store

Horrible service Alexis .. I came in to help my grandfather and she was very rude… she acted like we were an inconvenience in her day and wouldn’t even try to get the phone started for my 80 yo grandfather . I had to ask and ask for help. I went into the store so I don’t have to deal with online stuff and I would much rather do it online then deal with poor customer service. :(((

Went to this store twice to try and make an exchange. The same lady from both days told me she can’t help me and didn’t even attempt to listen to me. I went to another verizon on gunbarrel and was helped instantly and was told that they absolutely CAN help me in store. I sat on the phone for 4 days straight with customer service because this woman told me she couldn’t help me. Thanks gunbarrel

I went in to the Fort Oglethorpe Verizon Store this past week and worked with Denisha Thomas. She went out of her way to help me and my wife. Very friendly and she took her time with us and answered all the questions we had. My Sister-In-Law met with the other woman there and she was so hateful, my Sis-In-Law asked to speak to a Manager. It takes a lot for us to get upset enough to ask for a Manager, but she did. Before it was over, the Manager took care of her like Denisha Thomas helped me and wife.
