I took my elderly dad in to get a new phone because he broke his. The rep refused to help because my dad has no ID even though he had all of his account information , including his security PIN #. Thanks for leaving an elderly man without a way to contact help if he needs it! I will never recommend Verizon to anyone!
My mom can't unlock her phone. We take it to this location and the dude hands me a 3rd party buisness card and said that we should call Samsung or "this guy on the card"... the absolute worst customer service I've ever even heard of.
The girl with the nose ring and tinsel in here was rude and very unpleasant. Made it extremely obvious that I was being annoying and too much. I'm just trying to get the best deal man, don't be a jerk.
Dakota and Lava were so amazing helping me set up a new phone plan. At&T charged me so much after coming home from deployment and and verizon in Fort Oglethorpe made the switch so painless and easy! super grateful to them!
