I’m very disappointed with Verizon. Four months ago they told me my remaining balance on the phone was $600, and now they say it’s $800 — even after I made all my payments on time. I also paid $163 recently, but they keep showing a higher balance. I have all receipts and proof. Please fix this issue — customers shouldn’t be treated this way.
If you need a refund on your debit/Credit card good luck. You will have to call Customer Service if you can reach a human. It is a headache trying to contact an agent if you have an issue with your service. They have no prices on the items on display. Be careful before buying anything because it will be diffcult to get real help.
Haven't even gone to the store yet but I can tell I'm going to be upset when I get there. I ordered a phone last night, an hour and a half b before closing. It's been FIVE ADDITIONAL HOURS, ARE YOU GOING TO FULFILL THE ORDER OR NOT? IT'S A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. UGH.
