Assistant manager Ben and Zachary Smith provide excellent service.
They hand me a phone and tell me to set it up at home even though they knew my other phone wouldn't turn on. Now I'm stuck for hours trying to get the new phone to set up but it just bugs out telling me to enter the code sent to my old device... What a joke of customer service.
This is the best store for the company, if Verizon If you have any problem or something complicated, you will find the solution here They are all good, especially with a girl who works there, whose name is Taylor Beautiful in everything, dealing, service and smart 🫶 I had a problem and i called 4 times and each call I talked with customer service for no less than an hour and the last call was 3 hours of explanation, exhaustion and waiting and my problem was not solved but with this store especially with Taylor my problem w... read more
