We had a really disappointing experience at this store, and it honestly felt like they were taking advantage of an elderly customer. My client is 91 years old and really only needs a very basic phone plan for calls and maybe a small amount of data, like 5GB, just for the rare times she goes out. But the manager at this store was really unhelpful and basically insisted that if she switched to a cheaper prepaid plan, she’d lose a $15 veteran discount. My phone was broken. Jay just helped me tonight. He exceeded my expectations. He was patient professional and understanding of my issue. He went above and beyond helping me with my issue. All my data got transferred to new phone. If I could more than 5 stars I would. He saved me a lot of stress taking the time out and doing whatever he could no matter what that looked like to help me. This is a work phone so him helping me like he did and not just telling me their wasn’t anything he could do for me was simply amazing

Verizon has really slipped in terms of customer service. I've been with them since 1988 and have seen a steady decline in the way they treat loyal customers.

Very annoying & not helpful unless you're there to spend thousands on something new. $60 for a defective screen protector? And then you're directed to a kiosk at the mall? At least the people at the kiosk were professional and helpful! I've been with Verizon since around 1999 & the service is the worse ever the past few years...

I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location — especially with Ben, the manager, who went above and beyond to help me fix a very complicated situation that started at a different Verizon retailer. Ben had no obligation to help me, but he spent hours over several days working through customer service and internal systems to resolve the issue, all because he genuinely cared about our experience as new Verizon customers and wanted to make things right.
