Great service! Went in last weekend to get my dad a new phone. David was extremely thorough to make sure we got the best option for the best promotion. He spent a good amount of time with us and did not feel pushy or sales-y. He was knowledgeable, kind, and communicated everything extremely well.
I came in to get a new phone and David was AMAZING. We change my WiFi to Verizon. I’m saving $5 per month and I moved my Netflix and Disney Plus to my Verizon account also saving money. Ben the Assistant Manager helped with some Perks. I’m now back to being loyal to Verizon
David was an excellent salesman. He took care of my issues and I feel like he cared about my phone needs. I also felt like he was not trying to oversell anything. I did not feel taken advantage of at all. Great personality and awesome service.
We went in on 11/11/25 to get my son a new phone and David the representative was extremely helpful and was abel to get us all situated. Though there was a bit of a wait so I’d recommend to make an appointment beforehand.
