The staff and store manager have gone above and beyond solving a difficult issue. I don't know what Freya and Angela are being paid, but it isn't enough.

I've been going to this store since the day it opened (been a Verizon customer for 25 years) and the service I received the other night from Kenzie was the best I have ever received. She was amazing - so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping me. Eager to solve my all my problems with a smile on her face. She provided the kind of service that a 25 year client expects to receive - Bravo Kenzie!
Thank you Amirraa!! She was awesome and helped us resolve a complicated problem very quickly and clearly! We received considerably less help from the manager Ben. Perhaps Amirraa should be considered for manager... Ask for Amirraa! (Hope I got the spelling right)
