December 10, 2024 went in to pay a phone bill with cash. Employee disappeared for 10 minutes while he was getting my statement. When employee reappeared with a statement I asked where is my change that you owe me? He walked over to another employee who mumbled something then walked towards me and stated that "Company policy does not allow them to open a til to make change when customers are in the store" Then both employees walked over to other customers and basically "blew me Off" I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE O... read more
Not impressed at all, the men that work here are rather lazy and seemed slightly annoyed/impatient when helping me with a simple task. Like you have one job when you’re on the clock lmfao and it’s not that hard or straining, I would be embarrassed to be either of them when they hold that kind of attitude.
