Would not help resolve our situation all we needed is a receipt for our billing payment.
Removing corporate status from this store was a huge disappointment. The nearest corporate store is hours away. Online support through Verizon is horrendous. The staff here is amazing and don’t deserve this.
After a very difficult and drawn out experience trying to upgrade 2 phones online, I finally went to the Miller Hill Mall location to try and talk with someone in person. I was immediately greeted by the most helpful manager who assured me that he would get things straightened out. I did not have an appointment and was able to meet with SETH within just a few minutes. Very frustrating to deal with at times, but otherwise okay
Great store with kind and very helpful employees. Had a big complication with backend issues after ordering a device from Verizon's online store and they were more than willing to help. Got everything fixed and set up within a week. Thank you again Seth, Yu, and I'm sorry but I don't remember the third person's name. Great teamwork.
