They changed account types without my permission specifically Adham this is very unprofessional I do wamt to update and say that the Manager that was on shift Mustafa was very professional and very kind and did tell me that he would assist in fixing the issue.
Verizon is awful. Not this store in particular, but just a warning. The customer service is terrible, it will take hours to reach a real person and that's after you're stuck talking to a barley functioning AI when you call. The home wifi drops signal daily. It takes MONTHS for discounts to reflect on bills. I'm sick of verizon
I absolutely love this version Michael and will helped me out today , they were patient with me and got me the best deal very welcoming .
