I just left this store and the guy who started to help me was extremely rude. The only reason I may stay as a customer is for the agent i been dealing with all morning. If I could have left 0 stars I would have rated that because they sure as hell don't deserve 1.
Verizon is a scam! If you want to have a phone plan do not come to Verizon. They have given us a deal on our plan to be $190. They ended up charging us $600 the next month and $300 the following months and neither the customer service manager or supervisor will fix it, while we were at the store complaining another customer had came in saying Verizon is charging him for 5 phones while he only has two and also has been getting charged more than what was told to him. Craig was an ass! Rude and dismissive… I came in to get my eSIM rest and Craig refused to come over and help the young lady! It just was unprofessional and nasty if I’m honest! Thank God she figured it out and got me right shoutout to Elonah Bennett for helping me she’s the MVP!
Traded in my iPhone for full credit per the promotion they were running for a new iPhone 16. The guy said it would show up as a $60 credit now but they would fix it later to show full credit. Never was fixed and now have to pay the full price of the new phone, so basically traded in an iPhone for 60 bucks. They also upgraded me and told me my plan would remain exactly the same. Its 10 bucks more and lost a 15 dollar perk that was originally free
