I was in there to get a Jetpack hotspot to use for my home internet. I was using the hotspot on my phone, but the place has dead zones where even LTE is slow. My solution is the Jetpack I just leave sitting in a good location so my internet doesn't drop when I take my phone to another location. Tim helped me switch over from t-mobile and port over my old numbers. He’s a cool guy and we had a good chat during the setup process. Ordering the devices and setting them up took little effort. A lot more professional than any sprint/t-mobile store I’ve been to.
