Tanzi was exceptionally helpful and patient. I was confused about which phone to purchase. But, Tanzi walked me through all the options and helped me find the right one.
Tanzi was amazing!
Had a really good experience with Roberto. He helped me and my partner get set up with new phones and even got us on a better plan than what we had before. He was super patient, especially when showing my partner how to use his new phone, and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Really easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Definitely recommend asking for Roberto if you come here!
There is someone inside who has solutions to many problems and makes everything seem easy, without complications. He is polite and professional.
