I have to thank Jeff and Jordan, VERY VERY VERY HELPFUL. I am a T-Mobile customer. I had an issue with another customer on Verizon's network, somehow they had bought a phone and it seems that they did not pay their bill or this was some kind of fraudulent activity with the same hardware IMEI number as my phone. Long story short this meant that my phone ended up on Verizon's block list causing me to no longer be able to activate my phone on any carrier. My phone was stuck in SOS mode on T-Mobile service.
