First off I walk into store. 2 people waiting on left of building. I was greeted to a guy that had looked like he had been up all night partying. For him to say their is one ahead of you. While I look in back and their is about 4 to 5 slaps people their. Maybe I didn't fit their style to be waited on right away..So I waited a half hour. While they still huddled in back room. I have been a Verizon wirless customer for more then 10+ years. Any time you do an upgrade it is problematic. It would have ended up being cheaper to just buy the phones outright from Google Directly and pay full price. I spoke with Caleb at the store and he set the tone from the begining that I am esentually screwed.

Find a different store. Worst experience every time I go here. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman since they treat my husband much better. Do NOT recommend!!!!

This is a fantastic staff! They're all very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They make the customer experience as great as possible. We've had the pleasure of working with Gunnar twice now and he's been fantastic. Thanks for all the help! It's greatly appreciated.
