Whether I visit this Verizon or any other location, the experience is always top-notch. The staff is always attentive and pleasant. They know their stuff, figure out what you need, and get it done fast. Five stars for consistent service everywhere.
A process that takes normally 30 minutes took over 3 hours. Staff do not know the full processes of every thing and it deters you from going to the center, pushing you to other possible service providers.
I went to this store on Monday, March 2 at 10:00. I told the kid I needed help with my voicemail and that I didn't have access to it since I bought my phone from them in July. He said he couldn't help me and that I needed to call Tech Support. He didn't ask for my phone number or name. My daughter-in-law helped me and I had access to my voicemail in 5 minutes. What is going on with this store and so called management???
We worked with Andrew tonight in porting a phone over from T Mobile to Verizon and we were given excellent service. He was very patient, caring and explained everything. He even stayed 30 minutes past close to get us situated. I recommend seeing Andrew if you come here for whatever need you may have.
I didn't have a long wait. The verizon agent was very helpful, answered all my questions plus he was very knowledgeable & patient.
