Bryan did an amazing job fixing my phone. His customer service was above and beyond.
Andrew was beyond unhelpful. Our family was going to buy 3 phones and we walked out after talking with him for 5 minutes. Even though we've been with Verizon for 15 years our plan made us ineligible to trade in phones. We would have to spend full retail for a new phone.
