Scheduled an appointment through Verizon. Verified address and everything with the agent on the chat. Arrived to the store and they state they have no record of the appointment. Even though I show them the chat on the Verizon app they tell me nope, they won't honor the appointment and I should wait for the 6 people at the store for my turn with my 3 year old. This is after Verizon was supposed to call me back. I'd never use Verizon or this store again.
Excellent service
Had 3 guys coming in and out of the back joking around while 3 of us waited and one person walked out. We were 30 min past out appointment time thanks to dinking around and then one just leaves
