Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this store or ANY Verizon store for that matter. Me, my husband and daughter went in to upgrade a phone, and we checked in right away. Sat and waited over an hour, and finally watched everyone who was there prior to us, get called up. Finally it was our turn- we waited probably close to 10 mins for the available tech to come out to call us. Absolutely wonderful experience working with the associate matt. I had a good portion of my phone to pay off that I had a cracked screen on and he was able to help me out with getting a new phone without having to pay off the entire portion up front. He also helped me get some promotional deals as well. In and out in under and hour. Definitely will be coming back to this store and working with Matt for any future issues. Thanks Matt!
When we arrived, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Matt helped my family and I trade in our phones. We ended up getting brand new phones and he showed us a new plan that was better suited for us. Highly recommend him for any purchases/trade-ins. Shoutout to Jordan, Cody and Jason for checking up on us while we waited for everything to transfer over :) definitely one of the better store locations!
