Went into to make an appointment and Jordan was kind enough to help me out. He went out of his way to set up and save my voicemails from my mom. He did a triple back up and showed me how to get into them. He put my mind at ease and was outstanding. Thanks for making my day and worry free.
Purchased a Samsung watch as a stand alone device for my child from this location. They were unable to activate it in store and I spent countless hours over the phone to get it set up. Yet the watch still wasn't connecting to make calls or recive calls or messages- a useless device. The costumer service representative told i would have to go back in store for assistance. The store refused to help me and wanted to charge $50 for a restocking fee. Unbelievable.
