Awesome service only place to go .
I had 3 issues when I entered this store. My Apple music wasn't working, my new phone had an error, and I needed to turn in my old phone to get credit on my account. Mind you I had been working for 4 days to do it all myself because I dont need no help! Casey was my hero! He fixed everything and saved my sanity. Now my phone is working, I have all my playlists, and my old phone has been turned in. I am one happy customer and so satisfied with Verizon. Thank you Casey!!!! Give him a raise or trophy or something!!
Verizon is literally the worst
Can't say enough good things about Issac at Casa Grande. Friendly, personable, professional and went above and beyond. One cool dude.
Even though they couldn't fix our problem, they told us how we could get it fixed. I was so relieved to know there was a solution. So helpful and very nice. We will always be going here for help and upgrades. Completely satisfied with the service and the support from store associates.
