Bad customer service and refused to give me the owners information, I placed an online order 6 hours prior and decided to drive to the store and they were all standing around doing nothing. I had to ask them to get my order ready, they had not even bother to touch it. I asked them do they not normally fill online orders especially when they’re all standing around doing nothing. I went in a lost soul. Came out a man with a phone to text people on. Very happy.
The gentleman in the white hoodie today was the reason I gave you 3 stars and not 1! After being there 10min no one had acknowledge me. 3 other customers walked in about 8min after me. Finally white hoodie came out to try and check people in. I will say move slower say hello, then ask how you can help. But you were definitely the saving grace in this store. Rest of workers need help learning to acknowledge someone coming into the store especially to buy a product you most likely get commission on.
Dawn was amazing. Updated 2 phones. In and out in 20 minutes with the new phones. Highly recommend.
