Even though they couldn't fix our problem, they told us how we could get it fixed. I was so relieved to know there was a solution. So helpful and very nice. We will always be going here for help and upgrades. Completely satisfied with the service and the support from store associates.

I visited the Verizon store at Casa Grande Promenade right before Christmas, hoping for a quick and easy experience. Instead, I was met with incredibly poor customer service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Management showed no interest in resolving my issue and seemed unwilling to help at all. As a customer of Verizon for over 15 years, I have never had such a frustrating and disappointing experience. The salesman at this store are known for cancelling your insurance and messing with your data plan. Horrible customer service. Anyone with 1"+ nails in sales is not to be trusted and yesim speaking of the management.
