The gentleman in the white hoodie today was the reason I gave you 3 stars and not 1! After being there 10min no one had acknowledge me. 3 other customers walked in about 8min after me. Finally white hoodie came out to try and check people in. I will say move slower say hello, then ask how you can help. But you were definitely the saving grace in this store. Rest of workers need help learning to acknowledge someone coming into the store especially to buy a product you most likely get commission on.
Dawn was amazing. Updated 2 phones. In and out in 20 minutes with the new phones. Highly recommend.
Just a shitshow of nothing happening here. Customers sitting forever and Verizon Agents tryingng to get their pants on. Majority of employees not fully trained on new phones, upgrades, tradeins processes and must defer to another associate to complete transaction. Do not come to this location without food, water, and a sleeping bag. Average wait, 2-3 hours before you even begin your visit.
Go to the Verizon store that’s just down the road, way better… This is a joke ahh store. Tell the rbf latina lady to cheer up experience was a mix of like angry nurse vibe mixed with used car salesman vibes
