If you're looking for superior customer service and are entering Verizon, turn around now and run as fast as possible. You may not be able to get a call to go through in the middle of a major city, but Boost Mobile or Metro of all places I'm sure are light-years ahead of this arrogant self righteous company in the customer service department. Be aware of this store! My sim card was bad, just needed a new one. A lady and male co-worker put a new sim card in my phone but did not activate it on purpose, without telling me. Then ask to check if my phone worked. It did not. Then the two tried to scam me into buying a new phone and new plan. I realized what they were trying to do. Out of frustration I just left. They lied to me. I called Verizon and had a proper person activate the new sim card and my phone worked fine!

Absolutely can not say enough at how happy we are with customer service agent "Ashley",she was outstanding to work with and so patient with our questions and our phone needs. Thank you Ashley .

Went to the Asheboro Verizon store today and our agent was "Ashley" I was absolutely impressed with with Ashley and Thankful for her. Ashley was Amazing and patient and so helpful. Verizon you have a Great customer service agent with Ashley. Thank you Ashley so the great experience.
