I’ve had Verizon for the last two years. I decided I needed to switch my phone plan due to my bill being too high. I owed 264 on my phone which is all fine because when I physically went to the Asheboro Verizon store, the worker said I wouldn’t get auto drafted, I would get a paper bill within the next 3 months, so I had time to pay it. Last night I got auto drafted 264 and now have to pay an overdraft charge on top of that. If the worker would have known what he was talking about, I would have had the money set aside. Awful costumer service and rude employees. Go somewhere else.
Tiffany addressed the issue with my phone and fixed it in less than five minutes. She was professional, yet personable.
Beware of bullying and belittling behavior by certain employees to sell upgraded products and services.
The manager was helpful but the sales person was rude, I could not hear what she was saying. I felt like she was not a great sales person as I am sales person my self. I told her I need to make a phone call as I was on a phone with my dad and she started talking to me about details about this plan knowing I was on a phone call to get my phone number switched from a different carrier.
