Came in just to get 2 phone cases and that was it. I don't appreciate not being able to look at the cases before the salesman went to the back. I also don't like being grilled about my current carrier, what I pay a month, along with the price of the service there. When I was with you the coverage & service was lousy. I understand that you're probably on commission but when a customer comes in and says were just here for 2 cases and nothing else. Leave it at that.
Their sales on the phone was way better than in person

I went to add a line to my plan, one of the workers here helped me. He told me to pick a streaming service between a bunch of different ones like HBO and whatnot. He said it would be FREE for THREE YEARS, which is how long it would take to pay off my phone. Turns out it was never free I’ve been paying for it since day one! He also gave me three months free insurance with was also not free. Verizon is a greedy company and unprofessional. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences, I even tried in person and still got screwed over.
