Great service! They will help you in all the ways that they can. A young lady helped me get phone service, internet for way cheaper than at&t and helped me with a side problem I was having technical issues with, amazing! Thankyou!
Alvaro was extremely helpful and spent a significant amount of time figuring out moving me over from T mobile. Plenty of staff on hand to make the wait time zero.

Placed a mobile order at this location and they told me another location across town was filling it, despite the fact my order pickup listed their location in the app and on the receipt. Management was unhelpful and told me my options were to cancel or drive 30 minutes to the other location. They didn’t even apologize if it was truly a system issue. I chatted with customer support and they confirmed I was at the correct location and gave me a credit for the issue. I would suggest avoiding this location and going to another.
Not a great store to stop at. I’ve never had good luck with Verizon customer service, but this store is by far the worst they’ve never been able to help me with what I need. I always have to end up calling the customer service line and surprisingly enough, they are way faster in helping me.
