There customer service is the worst After your purchase.
Shady employees trying to cover true cost of plans and phones. When they got called out on it the response was “why would I throw more numbers out to you”. Several other people came into the store with issues off fraud being ordered in their account and incorrect billing. Screw Verizon and their shady practices! Time to switch
I can fully say I no longer think Verizon offers great services. I’ve dealt with non stop issues each month since November of last year when I purchased more devices on my plan for Black Friday. They haven’t honored the prices for what I was sold on so each month I have to reach out to customer service and go through the same process to get my bill adjusted.
