Ever since the new CEO started outsourcing everything from India this company has completely gone to crap.
I went in to move a line and upgrade a phone on my account, but was told it had to be done over the phone or online. While on the phone with the agent, I clearly stated I wanted to keep my current plan, but they changed it anyway, and I had to ask them to fix it. After that, we attempted to upgrade the phone, but ran into issues because of how the move was handled by the previous phone rep. We eventually got it sorted out, and the upgrade was completed.
