Very busy store but I was impressed with the level of customer service
The strip of Verizon was absolute hell. It took us two hours to get a quote that ended up being higher than our previous monthly payment and we weren’t even doing anything extra. They suck.
I am really very frustrated because my husband and I opened an account, but since the first month of the contract, the amount charged has been different from what was agreed. My husband went to the store in person at least three times to try to resolve the issue. They said a mistake had been made and that in the following month (May), there would be no charge because the incorrect amount would be refunded, and we would start paying $170 per month. Went in to trade in my watch. Much better experience than mu prior visit. Guy that helped me was nice and got me what I wanted.
I love this store. They check you in the minute you walk through the door, and you are helped when it's your turn. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but when you are helped, the associate is friendly and helpful and spends as much time with you as needed. I've never had a problem here. EDIT 6/2025: How things have changed in 5 years! The wait at this store is much longer now that Verizon has decided to eliminate the possibility of talking to a real person on the phone.
