I traded in my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The reps were all sitting around a table chatting. The one rep that helped me couldn’t tell me that I would end up loosing my trade in credit at Apple and what would happen. So I ended up getting less of a trade in value and loosing money on the phone too. Absolute worst store in the valley
The employees are FANTASTIC. That being said, trying to change plans is a such a pain. The online phone system always takes you to a weird AI associate. Definitely go in person if you want to do business with this company, but I would recommend any different company if possible.
