I had a deeply frustrating experience at this Verizon store that others should know about. I walked in with a simple issue; I needed help fixing a problem with my Apple Watch. Not enough staff for all the customers.
I am now a regular at the corporate Verizon's store as I visit them every month. I have been told different information from multiple representatives and teams throughout Verizon for the past 8 months. I have been charged $700, $600, $500, $400 for 2 phones. Make it make sense. I was forced to join a promotion when it was time to upgrade and they failed to apply the credits from Loyalty.
