I really like this Verizon store. Thank you very much Brandon for setting up cellular service for my apple watch, and helping Deborah pair her phone, buy her air pods, and set up cellular service for her watch. I enjoyed my visit.

I’ve been sitting here for an hour now. 3 customers ahead of me and 5 workers. 3 of them helping one person and the other two helping single customers. Just listening to the chat going back and forth with the other customers and they aren’t even talking about their phones anymore. People needing to use the kiosk to pay their bills get helped immediately. There are about 8 people behind us. I feel bad for them. Nice way to make your customers feel insignificant. I dread coming here for this reason.
BE CAREFUL!!!! Took it back a day later than the return policy. They took the phone anyway. Told me u will get 2 more bills in the mail. Then I won't see anything. I went to pull a loan out a week ago. They declined it do to Verizon charging me for a phone i returned. I understand I returned it late. But u shouldn't have taken it back. Now I have a 800$ bill on my credit and no phone. These people are THIEVES. BE CAREFUL!!!! PS I'm goin to repost this every week till u thieves do something about this!!!!
