BE CAREFUL!!!! Took it back a day later than the return policy. They took the phone anyway. Told me u will get 2 more bills in the mail. Then I won't see anything. I went to pull a loan out a week ago. They declined it do to Verizon charging me for a phone i returned. I understand I returned it late. But u shouldn't have taken it back. Now I have a 800$ bill on my credit and no phone. These people are THIEVES. BE CAREFUL!!!! PS I'm goin to repost this every week till u thieves do something about this!!!! I was a long term customer for many years until this week. I finally got tired of the price increases and lack of customer service. I tried for 3 days to get a real person on the phone to work something out on my plan but couldn't. Poor customer service and high prices.
They were able to help me get my daughters SIM replaced virtually they called it an air sim worked perfectly!
