This service is terrible I order a phone for pick up a week ago, they have my money but are saying my order doesn’t exist I called customer support several times and they are confused don’t know what’s going on but my order doesn’t exist in their system somehow. They have said I’ll have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back it has now been a week I still have not received my money back and they still don’t know what’s is wrong with my order, so now I’m out $500 and no phone. Poor customer service and just rude.. ask for my account number they didn’t want to release it . I’m going somewhere else

This Verizon location was very helpful upgrading us to our new phone. We were greeted immediately I told them i was in a rush how long would it take because i had a show to perform shortly they said we can do everything you need done and get you out the door with your phone upgrade in about 10 minutes, I thought to myself yea right I have never had any Verizon store get me out in 10 minutes well this store did not disappoint they were very diligent in getting me my new phone and out the door in 10 minutes and that is exactly... read more
