BE CAREFUL!!!! Took it back a day later than the return policy. They took the phone anyway. Told me u will get 2 more bills in the mail. Then I won't see anything. I went to pull a loan out a week ago. They declined it do to Verizon charging me for a phone i returned. I understand I returned it late. But u shouldn't have taken it back. Now I have a 800$ bill on my credit and no phone. These people are THIEVES. BE CAREFUL!!!! PS I'm goin to repost this every week till u thieves do something about this!!!! These people are completely out of control and unhinged with their pricing and poor customer service. They are on the out for sure. Instead of the do you have signal now commercial from back in the day it's more like do we still have customers now! You gotta be hard up to want to deal with them!
This service is terrible I order a phone for pick up a week ago, they have my money but are saying my order doesn’t exist I called customer support several times and they are confused don’t know what’s going on but my order doesn’t exist in their system somehow. They have said I’ll have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back it has now been a week I still have not received my money back and they still don’t know what’s is wrong with my order, so now I’m out $500 and no phone.
