They completely screwed up are phones have spent hours on the phone and in person they tell you to call the main Verizon then they tell you to go to the store and spend more time for them to tell you to call big circle jerk

Went to get my phone fixed because it was stuck in sos mode they wouldn’t help me because the account was in my moms name even if I had her give them permission to talk to me they were very rude and I will never be back to the bowling green store scottsville is so much better!! Went there after I left bg and they helped me with no problem I was in and out within 20 minutes! Wasted 2 hours of time & then said can't do it really shitty service with shitty people have no idea what they are doing pissed me off if they had options to review in minus it will be -5 star employees without knowledge so crazy
