I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Chris. He was extremely helpful and incredibly patient while fixing my phone. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find that level of customer support. Thank you for the outstanding service—I highly recommend asking for Chris if you need help!

I brought my 83 year old, disabled father into the store in pouring rain to close his business account. We were given the wrong information. When we went back in a few hours later to try to get the right information we were treated with contempt and disrespect immediately by one of the representatives. He attempted to talk down to me and refused to help me. We surmised that we weren’t there to help him make money off of a commission and that was the reason he refused to help. They do not answer direct calls they have an AI system that makes it impossible to get ahold of anyone. I was able to call the store in Johnston and Cranston just fine and get a hold of some but this store makes it impossible.

Went in yesterday knowing what I wanted. My agents Chris and Matt were both professional and easy to speak to. They had me set up with everything I wanted and nothing that I didn’t 10/10.
