Went to Verizon to get a new Samsung phone. I was waited on by Paul who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and took the time to answer my many questions. He made the entire process easy I would highly recommend anyone visiting this store to ask for Paul, I couldn’t have had a better person to help me

I went there plenty of times in past 10 years plus and I use to have the best experience. Until two people left and they were the best. Now I have went to Smithfield RI one in the Commons and the one worker that is beyond ignorance, and has zero patience when I’m waiting for a code to load into my email he goes to take my phone out of my hand while saying give me it….
