They do not answer direct calls they have an AI system that makes it impossible to get ahold of anyone. I was able to call the store in Johnston and Cranston just fine and get a hold of some but this store makes it impossible.
Went in yesterday knowing what I wanted. My agents Chris and Matt were both professional and easy to speak to. They had me set up with everything I wanted and nothing that I didn’t 10/10.

This was my 2nd Verizon store that I went to in a day. First store was absolutely useless and sent me here. Christopher sat down with me and went above and beyond to help me with my issues with my Fios account. Resolved the issue rather quickly. This will be the store that I go to from now on.
Manager and the salesperson not helpful at all. Should've just called phone support or did my upgrade online. Manager hounds customers for the phone protection plan and if you decline it, they rush through the transaction as fast as possible with a bad attitude. Asked the salesperson for details on the new plan I *had* to get to upgrade my phone, he couldn't tell me a single thing about the difference lol. Jokes.
