Worst Verizon store I’ve been into, almost makes me want to cancel my plan
Worst experience ever! As a Christmas present for my two 13 year old daughters I thought I would upgrade their cell phones to the new iphone 17 promax - what a HUGE mistake that turned out to be. It took over 90 minutes to finalize the upgrades to my plan and pick out the phones. Andrew was a little slow but I thought he seemed pretty thorough. Walked me through all the charges and changes, reassured me the phones wouldn't be activated before Christmas, and confirmed it was ok that we didn't send the old phones in for tradin... read more
