Went in to try to change plan. ASSociate had no clue what he was doing. Was making me a plan for a new phone after I told him I didn’t want a new phone. Shady as they come. Waste of my time! Never go there. Terrible and sneaky

Went in here looking to possibly upgrade to an iPhone 17 Pro and switch over my service from AT&T. All of the phones are stuck to the wall, so you’re not allowed to handle them whatsoever. When I was finally acknowledged as being in the store, I inquired about holding the phone I was considering buying and it was a hard no. I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Chris. He was extremely helpful and incredibly patient while fixing my phone. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find that level of customer support.
