Bill Smith is rude and inconsiderate. No one in Smithfield Store. Told me to leave and make an appointment. My phone died , needed a new phone. Medical issues could not contact doctor or 911. Had to go somewhere else. Been with Verizon forever. Found out that is Bill's MO. That's why only 2 stores left in RI. Close it done. Not there for customers. ,
Business owners and customers be aware when store manager call you and tell you switch to Verizon for a better deal , Amy store manager called me and I believed her .. they advertised for free desk phones upgrade and i believe her especially at the time there was two other managers I assume regional managers. I walked in and browsed the store. I was quickly greeted and asked what I was looking to accomplish today and I had questions regarding trade in. Shanell answered all of my questions and got me a brand new iPhone 16 pro max. I love the phone and I would highly recommend this store. Shantell couldn’t have been more helpful.
Tried to call the store directly using the website phone number to I ask a question about buying a new phone. You end up at some corporate entity that is a recording. What a waste of time
Update to my own review. My phone was originally purchased in a Verizon store in Maryville, TN June 2021. Circumstances beyond my own control forced me back into Woonsocket, RI September 2023. I changed my Verizon service to RI, and have had nothing but cellular service issues ever since....March 1, 2024, I went to the Verizon store in North Smithfield, RI, because I had been having cellular issues, which NS told me to use airplane mode...this worked up until April 26, 2024, when a pop up, an issue I have a picture of, told ... read more
