Today's trip to this store was horrible. The young man was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I explained what I needed and he just kept saying "No". Forced me into a phone I really don't like based on price alone. Kept trying to force me to add another line that I don't need or want just to save a few dollars. I asked for help setting up the new phone and making sure everything transferred properly, he charged me $30 and then walked away. Great customer service
Kayla made my life much easier by handling the order completion that started on the phone with another rep after the outage. I had been without internet two nights with internet going in and out. I truly appreciate the quick service. The store was busy and the other reps in the store were being attentive to all customers needs as they came in the store. Thanks for the smooth process.
