Kayla made my life much easier by handling the order completion that started on the phone with another rep after the outage. I had been without internet two nights with internet going in and out. I truly appreciate the quick service. The store was busy and the other reps in the store were being attentive to all customers needs as they came in the store. Thanks for the smooth process.
RUDE
Terrible service. 5 people there all refused to print a receipt for returned equipment. Very rude and disrespectful.
The one star is for our sales lady, she was sweet you can tell she cares about her job and the customers. As for what seemed to be the store lead he was rude, impatient, inconsiderate, and un empathetic. My husband and I got to the store just before 6pm planned on upgrading his phone to the 17 and going on with our day.
