I've been a verizon costumer for almost 10 years and have visited my fair share of verizon store. I've never had an issue before yesterday. I stopped by this location to run some numbers and possibly make some changes to my account and maybe upgrade my phone. Very bad service they do not respect the customer they treat him with contempt and they waste a lot of time
Sergio went above and beyond helping me and my mom switch to a cheaper phone provider. He stayed after closing hours to help us and make sure we got the deal we wanted.
