Great staff and even better product.
I went to the store to resolve an issue with my internet, and although I was upset, I was never disrespectful. I simply asked if anyone spoke Spanish, and while one employee was serving me, the other three laughed and mocked me, thinking I didn't understand English. I do speak it, and I fully understood their offensive comments. This behavior was offensive, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected as a customer. I've been a verizon costumer for almost 10 years and have visited my fair share of verizon store. I've never had an issue before yesterday. I stopped by this location to run some numbers and possibly make some changes to my account and maybe upgrade my phone. I was informed by the two verizon reps behind the counter that the changes I was contemplating would have to be made over the phone.
