Dealt with the Middletown store on August 5, 2025. Was greeted by Mr. Courtney Harvey. He was extremely respectful, professional, patient, helpful and kind. Would highly recommend working with him if you go to this store. Of note, his diction was superb.
I am so disgusted by the arrogance and gross lack of respect for customers demonstrated UNIVERSALLY by Verizon and specifically this corporate store. In terms of this store: They lied and seem happy to withold material information that is damaging, or worse, to blame another part of the company and leave it to the customer to sort out the mess they made. My five stars are for Joe only. I lost my phone, received a new one. After putting in the Sim card, the ONLY thing that kept popping up was to choose a new number. So, I did. I couldn't go forward nor backwards. Even after choosing to put a new line on. That evening, I went to the store, and got this look of disbelief from the rep. We had a great experience in this store on July 4th. Justin was our salesman. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, explained things in simple terms, helped us get a new phone, change our plan and buy accessories. This is an indispensable employee. I've never met another Verizon wireless worker who could navigate us so well. We are greatly appreciative of Justin's help!
