Done dealing with Verizon we had home internet that was bad we never received are promo deals canceled service but they make you pay for a month you can't use the service requested to return the modem via dropoff at this store we were then told we have to send it back via FedEx the rep gave a label but was about as helpful as Verizon customer service. Oo and when they give you the label they forget to tell you you will need to put the modem in to a another box to ship.
I had such a great experience at this location, a big shout out to Cassy and Chantel for being nothing short of phenomenal! They were so patient and helpful during the whole process despite me freaking out!! Moving forward I will continue to choose this location due to how wonderful those 2 were! Thank you Chantel especially Cassy!
