Terrible customer service. Probably the worst Verizon store i have been to and all verizon stores were pretty good. This one has some rude associates and they make you wait by the door for over 30 mins with no help.
If you need a SIM card make sure you go to a place like this that is a corporate location. If you call customer service make sure you're clear about that. I got the address from *611 and they gave me the franchise who wanted to charge me $29. The guy who helped me was really cool too.
Literally the worst Verizon store in California. Multiple occasions I have been there and always a problem. Went today to get a phone activated and they spent literally 30 seconds and said there's nothing they can do and it's "impossible". ALL I was doing was activating a new phone and they said it couldn't be done. I went to Verizon off Tuscany IN Corona and it took literally 3 minutes and activated the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

my cell phone got stolen, I call them to turn off service . They say the only way to turn off the service is they have to send a code to the phone and I have to verify the code . They suck beyond the horizon .
