I had such a great experience at this location, a big shout out to Cassy and Chantel for being nothing short of phenomenal! They were so patient and helpful during the whole process despite me freaking out!! Moving forward I will continue to choose this location due to how wonderful those 2 were! Verizon is a joke.
Terrible customer service. Probably the worst Verizon store i have been to and all verizon stores were pretty good. This one has some rude associates and they make you wait by the door for over 30 mins with no help.
If you need a SIM card make sure you go to a place like this that is a corporate location. If you call customer service make sure you're clear about that. I got the address from *611 and they gave me the franchise who wanted to charge me $29. The guy who helped me was really cool too.
