2/20/2025 ….I am adding to this review and changing the rating. I felt like I had received excellent service in the store. The person that assisted me seemed confident and gained my trust that he was looking after my best intentions with changes that were made to my plans when I added an additional line back in December 2024. Great staff
I have been with Verizon for over 13 years. My experience at the store was just fine. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. But beware of your service beyond that. I have been conned and experienced an extreme lack of service since then. I recently added a line and had my original plan altered some which removed my previous Disney bundle that was included.
