When I visited this location, the manager was extremely rude. I wanted to speak with the representative that assisted me and instead he continued to rush me out of the store. Verizon lacks customer service from in store as well as over the phone!
I highly recommend specialist Gabriel Castaneda as outstanding Verizon employee. His expertise and professionalism guided me through a harrowing experience after my motor board was fried and died. He never lost patience, or gave up under difficult circumstances. It’s not often that one is fortunate enough to be waited on by a more dedicated and caring Individual.
Jarrod was extremely helpful in assisting me with upgrading my phone. Got the 17 pro max. Easy and smooth transition. Store was clean, organized and the other staff members were nice as well and spoke to me as we waited for my phone to complete transfer, highly recommend shopping at this location.
