I had an extremely disappointing experience with Verizon’s customer service. On Thursday, I called to confirm the store’s opening hours for the next day and was told it opened at 8 AM. When I arrived promptly at 8 AM, a representative rudely informed me that the store only accepts appointments from 8 to 9 AM, even though there was just one customer ahead of me.
