Chase was very helpful in assisting me with a new phone
Senior Manager Steven Guerrero gave me great customer service I was so pleased with his professionalism and willingness to help me port over successfully.
Worst service ever. I had an appointment my phone had no network and no service they said there was nothing they could do gave me a phone number to call…. I literally had no service on my phone reason why I went into the store, so make that make sense, they were not busy they could have called and helped, why do we pay so much and have terrible customer service that can’t help.
Autumn was super sweet! very grateful for her assisting me and my family on upgrading our phones and switching our service to Verizon. Also the manager was very helpful I believe his name started with an E! ❤️
