Javier assisted me at the store. OMG what a peaceful and beautiful relaxing experience. I did not tell him i did not understand computers and he never let me feel that he knew that. Javier made everything go smoothly and fixed all my problems i was having on my Iphone. I can go on and on about his professional attitude and just how he made me feel it would all be ok.
