We came in to do an upgrade, have been with Verizon for over 5 years. No one in the store would help us and we were the only ones in the store at the time. All they did was gave us the 800 number to call customer service! We were in the store for over 30 minutes on the phone while the employees just talking and laughing amongst themselves. We ended up walking out and continued on the 800 number. We'll be looking for a new cell service.

Listen to the reviews. Issues with improper billing and unfulfilled orders led to headaches so we decided to return everything and leave. We have a return receipt and we are STILL being billed for items that were returned to the store because the store has not sent them back to Warehouse. Do not get any devices with sells rep Francisco, he will only sell for commission and if you have a problem with the devices he will not help you or even call you back. It has been months and my accounts are still a mess because no matter if you email, call or go to the store they don't move a finger because they already got money from you. The supervisor is the same once they got their commission they do not care if you pay over $400 a month for services you do not even have activated.
I am documenting this publicly because Verizon has repeatedly failed to honor written commitments. On December 26, 2025, I ordered three iPhone 17 Pros after Verizon confirmed in writing that my total monthly bill would be $119.97 INCLUDING all taxes, fees, surcharges, with activation fees waived and no add-ons for porting 3 numbers.
