Was at T-Mobile. Switched back to Verizon and everything is better! Service is amazing. Steph and Alexandra are super nice and fixed a few things that were added on my account. Diego and vane and great too. They all helped me out. Great customer service
Javier Gonzalez is very professional, courteous, attentive, and polite as he promptly addressed my Verizon account promo adjustment while also educating me on Verizon home warranty. It was remarkable how Javier was able to adjust my account immediately. He also showed me how to look up rewards and discounts, which saved me $15.00 off a phone charger. Thank you, Javier, for the billion customer service today .
Pushy male manager trying to activate my second electronic SIM card on an additional line, this seems very wrong and suspicious. Offering waived activation upgrade fee, and on top of this a credit on my account. Talk about being desperate! If I could put a zero star I would. Even the sales person seemed annoyed and uncomfortable, it would be nice if only the rep would’ve helped me. The manager was onto us like a leech on a dog.
