Even though the wait is long at times, the people are friendly and get to the point for helping to expedite in a proper manner.
Went in for info on phone sold by verizon. And rep told me he couldn't help. I myself am a sales rep and even if I don't sell a customer the product If its sold by us its my responsibility to help or find how to help. Very bad service if there was a half a star that would be too much.
Horrible, stay away.
