I am documenting this publicly because Verizon has repeatedly failed to honor written commitments. On December 26, 2025, I ordered three iPhone 17 Pros after Verizon confirmed in writing that my total monthly bill would be $119.97 INCLUDING all taxes, fees, surcharges, with activation fees waived and no add-ons for porting 3 numbers. Verizon explicitly confirmed this.
