Super helpful and fast!
The employees at this location for wonderful at fixing issues I had with two of my phones on my plan. However one of the phones was shipped to the wrong address so it was a bit of a task getting it sent to the right place. I'm giving 5 Stars however because it was no fault of this store but rather FedEx who sent it to the wrong place. The store worked with us to get it where it belonged and then on my customer service helped us get it set up how it should be.
I have never been to this place, but I was planning to make a special trip there this week until I read the reviews. The reviews are universally very poor and managements response just gave lip service to the issues with no commitment of any substance to resolve and bordered on being silly. These reviews echoed the experience I’ve had with Verizon for years at other stores. I had hoped Tupelo was different but it apparently it is not. Verizon wireless has the worst phone customer service ever! Literally have such a hard time getting to a real life person to help with their phone issue on the phone! Then when you go in a store for help nine times out of ten they’re going to tell you to call a number that you can still even barely ever get someone on…. But other then that yeah good in store customer service but yeah thanks for reading so happy to relieve that ☺️
