Worst customer service ever! Do not leave your current provider. We left for a promotion that would give us a gift card to pay balance off previous phone.It has been over 3 months and no gift card yet been on the phone with them countless and hung up on. Do not go to Verizon. Period.
Jed at the Tupelo store is rude, condescending, arrogant, and immature. I am greatly disappointed in his boorish behavior. I will say the other employees there have been kind and helpful, but Jed is the bad apple that may ruin the bunch for us! I would love to speak with a regional manager about our terrible interactions with him.
Received a new phone in the mail from Verizon without good instructions on a set-up from my old phone. Sky helped set up things without effort....he definitely represents good customer relations to a tee. Thank you Sky.
Verizon is absolutely the worst. The bills grow monthly with no explanation and no help from the staff. Never again. 0 stars l, wound not recommend not even to an enemy.
