1 Star “Abusive, Deceptive, and Unprofessional – Verizon Uniontown Should Be Investigated” I came into this store expecting basic customer service and left feeling manipulated, disrespected, and completely disregarded. I was misled about my account details, lied to about device availability and billing, and treated like an inconvenience the second I asked real questions.
