Why is this company forcing customers to deal with this dumb human/ AI service that solves nothing? All I wanted was to call the store and check their Labor Day hours. Instead, I got trapped with a useless bot that couldn’t give me the most basic information. It used to be simple — now it’s just frustrating nonsense.
