This is the worst Verizon location I have ever been to. This is the second time I’ve come here and received absolutely zero help. A representative from corporate explicitly scheduled a 2:30 PM appointment for me today. Corporate assured me that this specific location had an in-house technician who could clear the moisture from my USB charging port completely for free.
