Kenna helped us upgrade our phones. We also got watches for our sons. She was so wonderful to work with. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. She got all of our new devices set up. She is great at her job.
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Madeleine was who helped us and as soon as I sat down and told her we needed to cancel the business account because we didn't want it she yelled at me that "he came in and said he wanted it so she set it up" That's not what happened and now we're dealing with getting his original number to work ( which it does now but we have no idea why it wasn't working)as well as trying to cancel a business account she set up that we don't need. Your company are a bunch of liars. You sell products under false pretenses, your customer service is made of people who cannot speak the language (and this is coming from a Hispanic whith a bit of an accent), and when asking for a supervisor, your agents follow the cowards' way and hang up on your hard working customers who have invested thousands of dollars into your company.
