I visited the Verizon store today (October 13th 2025 around 1.30 pm )and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The manager and one employee on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner and made it clear he had no interest in helping resolve my issue. His attitude made me feel like he believed he was above accountability or company policy. Verizon Wireless is a corporate parasite—grossly overpriced, powered by outdated tech, and fueled by a predatory business model that exists to bleed customers dry.
