One of the employees. Lied to me said, after we got to the final review my bill was only supposed to be $190 and the set up fee was $357 which was cool bc that what it was but the next one was $287 and the part that got me is the fact he lied idk if they make a commission or what but definitely got my chest hot

Terrible experience with Verizon. The representative we dealt with was unpleasant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We were told to call customer service and they didn’t even provide the phone number. There was no attempt to understand the problem, offer solutions, or provide basic customer care. Verizon should seriously reconsider how their reps represent the company.

I had a great experience yesterday at Verizon because of Shy. She was incredibly kind, personable, and patient, and made sure I fully understood everything I was purchasing. I paid to have my new phone set up in-store, and she handled everything thoroughly without rushing me. She made what can be a stressful process feel easy. What stood out even more, though, was how she was treated while doing her job. While she was actively helping me, another customer walked in. Worker clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. Told me information that was far from the truth, causing me to leave empty handed and go somewhere else.
