Tried to stop by the store in person based on their hours posted online. The store was closed with doors locked at 3:45 pm in the afternoon - no sign or warning whatsoever. The door even had the store hours posted as open from 9am-7pm… would be a happier customer if the hours were honest & accurate. EDIT: Back again at the Verizon store, and yet again their posted hours are not accurate. Stopped by the store for pickup and no one is here 30 minutes after they say they’ll be open. Robin was so nice. I had a wonderful experience at this store and liked being able to get in and out with one resolution. top tier service!
I really enjoyed working with Scarlet and her peers at this store. She helped my kids port over and was very patient while I got my stuff from cricket. I will always come back to this location and they gave me so many discounts saving me money. I am pleased and and happy I made the switch
