Rude and unprofessional the lady on the phone laughed at my questions like she was on drugs or something and does not price match with any other stores. Do not recommend this Verizon location, bad experience.
Barry, one of the specialist, went over and above to help out my daughter reconnect her iPhone. I highly recommend this store and Barry leads by example with his excellent customer service. Barry is an asset to Verizon and this particular store!

Tried to stop by the store in person based on their hours posted online. The store was closed with doors locked at 3:45 pm in the afternoon - no sign or warning whatsoever. The door even had the store hours posted as open from 9am-7pm… would be a happier customer if the hours were honest & accurate. EDIT: Back again at the Verizon store, and yet again their posted hours are not accurate. Stopped by the store for pickup and no one is here 30 minutes after they say they’ll be open.
