I ordered my phone through Verizon, called 611, they said this was the closest store. I went in there the girl was sorta nice. She said I have to wait for an email or text. Most stores I have ordered from normally have my order done in 30 minutes to an hour. This store takes forever.. Are you putting the phone together there? No reason for it to take 2 hours or longer. They don’t answer the phone
People were nice, but I bought a 70 dollar phone case and they had trouble getting it to stay on my brand new Z fold 7. They went to the back and got another one that stayed on my phone until I got home and it kept popping off too. Such a hassle I just ordered a different case off Temu and currently waiting on it to arrive while this case still keeps falling off.
