Very helpful and great service
The manager of this store was not helpful (unsure of his name). We went in to see why our online order was put on hold as we were trying to transfer a line. We were told by management that because we didn't submit the proper documentation online (despite being on our own account, and despite already talking to customer service over the phone and also on their online chat thing, and not getting helped), that they could not help us in-store. Kyn was awesome, very courteous and very knowledgeable about the process of getting a new phone. I walked in knowing what I wanted and he didn't pressure me about anything but answered my questions, looked into deals for me, and let me know what would be the best deal all around. When I didn't understand part of the promotion he explained patiently and with friendliness. I really appreciated the respect he showed me.
Even if you have to wait, see Ms. Karen. She is the best!
