Karen was absolutely amazing. I knew exactly what I wanted and she helped me get everything set up and switched over with no hassle. She was very informative, helpful in making sure I got the best discounts, and worked around the issues with our phones. She was phenomenal!
Erica at the Hampton store has helped my anxiety tremendously. I'm not young and not much on gadgets. Not only did she help me straighten out my Verizon account mismatches. She kept thinking until she tried all possible reasons I was could not access my account. Then, I was about to leave and she asked some questions and realized my bill could be cheaper and she went above and beyond to make that happen for me. I'm forever grateful!!!
Erica omg She was so niceee I love herr
