This review is specifically for Monique Swinton-Sargent!! Monique provided 10/10 service and helped me resolve a 0/10 issue that I have been battling since October. Even though my issues was complicated, she was patient and truly made me feel heard. I was a second away from terminating my service, and Monique saved the day! Thank you for taking the time to actually make me feel respected and cared for!!
Experience was great! Our service rep was excellent. She was so helpful with my elderly mother and answered all her questions clearly so my mom could understand.

I am a brand new Verizon customer and my experience at this store was one of the most disorganized, frustrating things I have ever dealt with. I spent over FOUR HOURS in the store just trying to establish service. The manager, Dwight, ended up taking over my account mid-process. There was a discrepancy between what was listed online and on the form regarding my deposit so he had to call support, and ultimately gave me a credit for the confusion. Fine. I hate Verizon. Every time I got to a store for help I always get turned away if I’m not buying anything. I was involved in a major crash that melted my phone and broke my ankle. I tell them that I need help replacing and transferring my cellular data to a new device. The rep told me I would have to call a number and refused to help any further.
