We added on 3 lines, bought two phones, brought on another already purchased phone, converted another from at&t to Verizon, all so fast and efficiently thanks to Susan! She was fantastic and so knowledgeable!
I’ve been with Verizon for 15 years. First on my parents plan, then on my own. Time and time again, I have been extremely disappointed here. A customer service rep at the Tullahoma location put my upgrade on my sister’s phone number instead of mine (before I switched). He was pretty rude about it, but they got the numbers switched back around. Absolutely horrible store. I cannot count the amount of times I have been in here and received false information from employees who keep spreading false information. Now it has resulted in me being stranded abroad. I left to study abroad in Europe this past semester and right before I left I went to this Verizon to get a new iPhone 16. My mother and I were told that I didn’t need to pay for an international plan because this phone automatically came with it. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WE PURCHASED THE PHONE. So about a year ago or so I went to this Verizon to get a phone added to my plan and there was a deal Verizon told me about on the phone plus another Verizon told me also. Well the Manager refused to help me with the deal.
