Lied about new lines and dint explain anything!! Go to the other store!
After speaking with customer service, I was told to go to this corporate Verizon store where they would definitely be able to help me. This store would not work with me for a fair solution to my phone issue and just gave me a customer service number to call that was zero help. The one rep and manager also wrote notes back and forth to each other on post it notes while they were waiting on me and laughing at whatever was written. So unprofessional and unhelpful.
