I want everyone to know that Jerrick is the absolute best at the Verizon store in Hammond. I had several issues that happened to my account and Jerrick went above and beyond to help me with my issues. He was very polite and helpful and I recommend him highly to everyone. Go see Jerrick in Hammond.
Great customer service from Frances! Spent the last month trying to return my mother’s phone after she passed away unexpectedly. After a snail mail shipping label to Ga never arrived, a Verizon store in GA that refused to help me the day of the funeral, another snail mail shipping label that failed to arrive in LA and 3 emails (including one in Spanish which I do not speak) involving online chats I went to Frances in the Verizon Hammond.
