Brian B. The Manager at Verizon was incredibly helpful to me today I have been with Verizon, since 2009. I was accidentally billed Twice. Brian not only found the error from another state, corrected said Error and was able to get me a credit on my phone for over payment. I am so grateful to Brian and his Amazing customer service. I highly Recommend Hammond Verizon for all your cell phone and accessory needs. Brian and All the employees at the Hammond store are very friendly and Welcoming Great Experience with this store.
