Beyond frustrated. He attempted to sell a iPhone 16 plus to my 85 year old grandmother and disabled uncle who know nothing about iPhones. When I discovered what was done while I wasn’t present I immediately asked him to return the devices (same day same hour) and cancel whatever was done. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was horrible, and I felt they were trying to take advantage of me, possibly due to my age. On my initial visit, I placed an online order for in-store pickup for wifi to expedite the process, given the long wait times. However, an assistant manager canceled my order without my consent, which was highly unprofessional. I want everyone to know that Jerrick is the absolute best at the Verizon store in Hammond. I had several issues that happened to my account and Jerrick went above and beyond to help me with my issues. He was very polite and helpful and I recommend him highly to everyone. Go see Jerrick in Hammond.
