My daughter went in to get her phone fixed and she said James was not able to help her clearly after we were there the prior day for phone issue. There is no point in having a Verizon Wireless store who cant help you. They say the same thing call customer service. This place has the worst customer service of any business I have ever been to. Least helpful people possible every time I have ever been in the store. Verizon as a whole is terrible when it comes to customer service. Speak to someone in the corporate office, get told one thing, show up to the store and their eyes glaze over when you ask them to do anything that the corporate store said they could, they can’t contact the corporate office half the time, and they just all around are terrible. We visited the Verizon store in Tyler on the W SW Loop in Tyler on Sunday and then again today, Thursday. My 5 start review is for the technician Shay Honore' as he was SO helpful to my husband and me! I had recently bought a new Google Pixel 6 Pro phone and it was having big time problems mixing up my phone and my husband's. After testing it for a few minutes, he went in the back and got a new sim card and replaced mine for no charge. He was so patient and helpful and answered all of our questions.
