This place is the worst costumer service ever deserves no stars
Went to get a watch fixed the guys there and the manager on duty told me if I got the two new lines it would make my bill go down like 10 dollars so long story short I did and 3 month later now my bill is 50 dollars more and im out of my 30 day window to return the product they lied to me about and this is a corporate store and even corporate wont do anything I've been with verizon for around 15 years and this is the crap they do mis lead and lie then tell me on the phone they can't do anything about the fact that their empl... read more
Bunch of idiots works here. Told me I can't return my equipment, but corporate told me to go there. After 30 mins of bullshit, they took my equipment. Workers needs to be better trained and I will not be using that location anymore
