We visited the Verizon store in Tyler on the W SW Loop in Tyler on Sunday and then again today, Thursday. My 5 start review is for the technician Shay Honore' as he was SO helpful to my husband and me! I had recently bought a new Google Pixel 6 Pro phone and it was having big time problems mixing up my phone and my husband's. I wish I could give this a no star rating. Husband, took his mom to get a new phone. In store experience as far as customer service was awful. Took over and hour and not very kind and helpful. But they completed the process. They were quoted a price. The phone they did buy was paid in full. So why were we quoted a higher monthly bill. Once I got a email receipt the total was $100+ more. Went to get a new phone after my husband/kids telling me that mine was ancient. James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. He was very polite and answered all my questions. I'm happy to say I left with a new phone and a good experience thanks to James. Job well done James!
Terrible customer service. Not interested in helping with our plans at all. Didn’t ask our names to look up our plans to help.
