They fixed my phone service issue, which is great, but I do not appreciate the numerous sales pitches after I’ve clearly said no. I repeated multiple times I was only there for my specific issue and was not interested in changing my phone, plan, internet, etc. but the full court press never stopped.
They were able to fix one of my phones and suggested I go to a 3rd party repair for the other.
My daughter went in to get her phone fixed and she said James was not able to help her clearly after we were there the prior day for phone issue. There is no point in having a Verizon Wireless store who cant help you. They say the same thing call customer service. But if you have the account manager we can help u for an additional charge of 30.00 I mean clearly you can see the future transition of the stores closing if everything has to be called into customer service.
