This is the 4th month in a row that I have had to pay a late bill. All 4 months an agent walked me through the auto pay process. None of them produced auto pay. I called my bank to ask if the problem was on their end and they said they had never received any thing from Verizon. The last agent I spoke with tried for about an hour to set up my auto and it would not accept the auto pay. Not entirely their fault, but I walked in today, hoping just for some quick answers in regards to getting a new cell phone. Didn’t have much time, but just wanted some information and had some general questions to ask. The store seemed very busy for the amount of people that were there and the amount of stuff that was there, the ratio didn’t seem to be working. Don’t walk- RUN from this place. SO much corporate BS. I tried to get a new phone for two days from the people at this store. They refused to let me because I’m not an “account manager “on my own family plan account. Even after switching it over several times it still would not go through and they refused my new phone that was sitting waiting in the account for me. I had an absolutely atrocious experience at Verizon, and I’m still fuming about it. The manager was beyond rude—snarky, dismissive, and acting like I was an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. To top it off, they had the audacity to trash-talk the neighboring Verizon store in Topsham, encouraging customers to boycott it like some petty turf war was more important than basic decency. I had yet another remarkable experience at this store. I went in with multiple issues, one broken phone, another with other issues and the team there took care of every issue I had. Absolutely first rate.
