I had a great experience with them. I was in the area (about 45 minutes from home) for an appointment and my screen suddenly started failing. The owner of the store took exceptionally good care of me. He knew I was irritated at having to replace my phone before paying it off. He helped me with spending the least amount possible. He also included a package with charger, screen protecter, etc. at no charge. This particular store is a longer trip for me, but I really appreciated the service.
Excellent Service Would Highly recommend
Do not recommend. They offered us a deal on internet, said we could try it 30 days free. We plugged it in once and didn’t use it, returned it within that 30 days. They charged the amount anyways and when we went to the store and asked, they tried claiming that wasn’t a deal. When the manager was called out on it and said it was him that offered it to us, they then reluctantly said they’d refund it. And then they tried saying we never did return it! Horrible staff Rude Not helpful I wound up throwing my phone onto the highway on my way home from dealing with the staff at this store Verizon sucks
Staff was very friendly and took time to review my plan to make sure I was getting the best possible deal
