We have been with Verizon for DECADES ...always paid our bills on time and all they did was raise our bill... every year... while giving discounts to new customers. So if you're a long time customer, they could care less, but if you're new ... they give you the deals... they'll hook you up, and slowly you'll become useless to them as well. My husband's phone was destroyed while we were traveling and stopped in for help with getting a new phone and restoring access. James was amazing with helping us through this stressful situation and getting everything up and going quickly! He's an amazing asset to your store!
They're always very helpful and very quick to have questions answered. They helped me lower my plan and remove some of the things that added extra costs to my bill. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and can help quickly.
