Really nice quick wasn't waiting for long time either
Be sure to check your bill. Had several promotions not show up on first bill. Had to take off work and go in to remedy. Upsold us a phone without us being aware. Manager Michael B said he'd get back to us about issues, but has not. He also has ignored several emails. Not happy with these guys. UPDATE Got it all worked out after some time. Thanks.
Been with Verizon for a long time but with these recently announced changes it is clear they don't care at all about retaining customers. Company only cares about finding back door ways to increase prices and hurt the customer while being misleading by saying plan prices won't increase. Yes plan prices may not increase, but they will find other ways to get money out of you. Time to go with another option. No wonder they have been losing customers. Count one more in the lost column.
This review is for anyone considering switching to Verizon from another carrier. I previously had T-Mobile for 10 years. I’ve now had Verizon for almost 2 years. Verizon customer service is horrible. Rarely will you be speaking to someone in the USA. I should be receiving a $30 discount each month for using auto pay ($10 per line), every month since April ‘25 it has not applied and I have to call Verizon every month to have them manually put the discount back on.
