Please be sure to validate your phone bill every month if you have Verizon. We just discovered they did not stop billing us for a device plan on a watch we traded in over a year ago. The total that they over billed us for was $144.86. This was for a plan on a watch we traded in over a year ago. They are telling me now they agreed they over billed us but can only refund for 3 months of charges, about $36.46. There is no way you can dispute charges in person.
