This is the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. The sales staff and managers lie to customers and wait for you to get a surprise bill that you have to fight with Verizon for 2 weeks to remove all the additional lines that they talk you into activating. Regardless of what their sales people tell you they are commissioned for additional lines so don't fall for it.
Do not upgrade your phone at this store. This is not a corporate store, but an authorized Verizon store. My husband and I went in to upgrade, and our experience was the same nightmare described by many other reviewers. Very confusing explanation about the trade in of our old phones and discounts available on the new. The best deal supposedly required us to sign up for two new phone lines, which the salesman told us about after already adding them. Dylan was very attentive and helped with all our needs and questions. He was quick-thinking and efficient throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude.
I grew up here so I've been to this store at least 3-4 times. I HIGHLY recommend getting an appointment online. Walking in with no appointment yesterday, since it was raining and a holiday I didn't expect it to be busy. The entrance has check in kiosks but they are not currently functioning. Regardless, I walked in, saw a few people already in the store so I just waited. I was greeted warmly within 10 minutes, explained I don’t have an appointment so I totally get waiting.
