Nick was fantastic!! Truly the most knowledgeable individual I’ve met in Verizon in a really long time. We had a phone and 2 watch upgrades. He reviewed all of our options and reviewed our plan and really identified some great things for us. He was also very efficient! I’m grateful as this process can always be stressful, especially with expensive purchases. We were well taken care. Terrific customer service.
If not for Nick I would have been completely lost,, I accidently tabbed onto my Reset button of my Samsung Galaxy & all of a sudden I was devastated to see my phone go to Reset & Blank, seemed I lost everything pictures,, contacts, passwords etc. etcetera, truly I could not have survived the night without my phones history. WARNING. Do not get involved with Verizon's prepaid service. If you change carriers, Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it. I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre-paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method; they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this... read more
