Easy switching of phone plans. Samantha was a rockstar!! I have to change my review due to recent events. We showed up about ten minutes before the store was to be closed and we were told there was not enough time to "process" the transaction. Why is the store even open if they can't help customers? I guess the 8 pm closing time is misleading. Very disappointing.
Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helpful for a smooth transfer from our old carrier
Can't get any satisfaction , to Settle my Dead Wife's Bill. I Don't do A I with a long hold to be hung up on.
Went in to get a new phone got checked in. Sat for and hour and 15 minutes watched people walk in get checked in and helped within 5 minutes. Would not recommend this what so ever.
