I am extremely unhappy with the way i was treated today by verizon employees. I purchased a new phone in january because mine broke. I told the representative at the store i have pictures i wanted to download onto my computer from my phone still and he said it would not be an issue if i held onto it because i still needed to turn off the find my iphone setting which nobody at the store could figure out. This place is a complete disaster, the people who work there are so lazy and make the costumers wait for a long time when they just doing nothing, and there excuse is we have more people waiting before you when is not a lot of costumes in there, I hope people who has this company as there phone company go to different company because we PAY for the service and we have to begging for attention because there services don't work.

Very helpful in getting me answers, not the answers I wanted but that’s not their fault. Was able to get me headed in the right direction. One thing I would say is that several of the employees seem very unhappy to be working there. In customer service so much can be done by just putting a smile on your face. I know we all have bad days but it was a very odd environment to walk into.

This store made me wait 2 hours for my final bill. Then when I was seen, they said my bill wasn't available. This is after going to another not main store and an hour on customer service multiple times. DNR!!! Save your time and money
