Went in to get a new phone got checked in. Sat for and hour and 15 minutes watched people walk in get checked in and helped within 5 minutes. Would not recommend this what so ever.

The store is set up for the old retirees to get help with their phone. If you come in for anything else you're pretty SoL especially if its a peripheral service like returning or obtaining a wifi extender. Like all businesses they want you online. Management has hamstrung their employees and its a situation where. theyre actively trying to discourage you from coming it. 10 minute tasks shouldnt take 2 hours. The salesman I worked with had the personality of a brick. Very dry, absolutely zero sense of humor, lacked communication. I could tell he was annoyed by any and all questions I had.

I brought my mom into the store to get more info on a promotional email she received. Josh was happy to help us, he answered all questions thoroughly and was able to get her set up with a brand new iPhone basically for free (plus sales tax). We had a lot of questions/concerns and he was so patient and pleasant. Best customer service we’ve had anywhere in a very long time.
