Verizon nortbrook These managers are liars. They sold me internet lines, claiming they'd give me a discount, but unfortunately, they didn't cancel the old lines and took an extra charge for six months. I just had an excellent experience at this Verizon store.Their names are Sam and Steven . Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Very soft spoken and polite. Thanks very much guys for great service.
Terrible customer service. I called ahead and also confirmed with Verizon’s 1-800 number that this store had the phones in stock and that a color exchange could be done. I then drove 45 minutes for nothing. When I arrived, no one greeted me and employees were hanging out in the back while only one person was helping customers.
