Sitting over half an hour. 2 costumers left the store and stuff that helped them just left in the back and they are telling us that they are short stuffed. No wonder why they have 3 stars…

We usually have a good experience at Verizon stores but our experience here was terrible. We came in to pick up a new iPhone and then trade in an old one. The assistant manager, Sam, explicitly told us it was the policy that we could only trade in the old phone after 24 hours and that we had to leave the store to activate our new phone unless we wanted to pay the $30 fee for an associate to help us with the procedure. This store should be shutdown. The staff there is rude and lie to people to get them into to new phones. Proceed with caution at this location. Very unprofessional and will take advantage of you if you are not up to date with all Verizon is offering.

Excellent service and outstanding customer care! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the service we received from Michael Was amazing! We felt very valued and well taken care for!!!
