A year ago, my partner and I upgraded our iphones at this Verizon store, and our experience was basically positive. We were informed by the Verizon agent we worked with that we would receive credit for the phones we were returning and a "loyalty" credit for, well, our loyalty to Verizon. After several billing cycles none of the credits were appearing on our statements, so we came back to the store for help.
