The African American manager discriminated against me because I am Turkish, even though I am a Verizon customer. Please have the regional manager contact me.
I visited the Verizon store, and the manager treated me very badly. It was as if they did nothing for me, and they sent me away as if I was being fired. At the same time, they were arguing with another customer, and the police came to the store. I have never seen such a bad store in my life.
I've been using these lines for 2 years and have 7 of them. But I get different bills every month. I truly believe this company is a scam. What they tell you doesn't match what they do. Everything they say is a lie. They sell you extra internet lines and phone lines and say they cancel them, but it's all lies. Please stay away from this company. All scammers. Bill rises after 30 days. Don’t trust anyone from this location. They will trick you into buying a new phone. They promised me a certain monthly bill then it sky rocketed the next month.
The sales and service staff at this location have always -- repeat, always -- been able to help us with our phone and accessory needs and infrequent temporary phone issues. Very good and experienced personnel to a person. The only hiccup in my dealings here occurred on August 1, 2021, when the store was told to close on Sundays as a pandemic safety reduction.
