⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ASK FOR OMAR!! He was absolutely wonderful. He was so calming, patient, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to go over our entire plan with us, explain all of our options, and make sure we ended up with the plan that was truly the best fit for us. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he made the whole experience so much easier than we expected. Such great customer service — Verizon is lucky to have him! Thank you, Omar!!
